Aqualane Shores

Aqualane Shores is a compact deep-water neighborhood between Old Naples and Port Royal, laid out from dredged mangrove swamp so most lots reach Naples Bay and the Gulf without a fixed bridge.

Dredging and lot sales began in 1949 under the Walker partnership (later Aqualane Shores, Inc.). The neighborhood sits from roughly 15th to 21st Avenues between the Gulf and Naples Bay. Homesite counts in current marketing range from about 350 to 450; this row uses the more conservative ~350 single-family sites that match long-running local descriptions, and leaves built_homes blank because of that spread. A brief 1970s municipal incorporation ended when the area joined the City of Naples in 1979. There is no master gated HOA, no private beach club, and no golf. Discrete public beach walkovers and city streets serve the Gulf side; the draw is bridge-free yacht access through Gordon Pass.
