Bonita National is a gated, bundled-golf community in east Bonita Springs where every home is deeded either a Social or a Golf membership and the private Gordon Lewis eighteen runs along CREW Bird Rookery Swamp.
Lennar built this country-club neighborhood on the Beach Road Golf Estates Community Development District, north of the Lee–Collier line at the eastern end of Bonita Beach Road. Product types include estate, manor, and executive single-family homes plus coach homes, verandas, and terrace condominiums. Membership is appurtenant to the lot: Social or Golf & Social transfers with the deed and cannot be upgraded unless that address already carries a golf deed. The official 2026 club packet counts 1,459 doors, 866 of them golf-deeded. Amenities confirmed by the club include an 18-hole Gordon Lewis course (par 72, Celebration Bermuda turf, TifEagle greens, practice facility renovated in 2025), eight Har-Tru tennis courts, four pickleball courts, three bocce courts, a fitness center and group studio, U-Topia Spa, a resort-style main pool plus three satellite pools, and three dining venues (Main Dining Room, Blvd Bistro, and Poolside Café). Troon Privé manages the club and association. Master HOA assessments are annual; cable, lawn care, and golf dues are separate. CDD charges appear on the Lee County tax bill. There is no deeded beach club or marina.
