Coral Lakes

Gated family neighborhood on the Del Prado extension in northeast Cape Coral, run by Coral Lakes Community Association around a clubhouse, pools, and ball fields.

ourcorallakes.com is the public site for Coral Lakes Community Association, Inc. The homepage lists resident pools, ball fields and courts from sunrise to sunset, plus a gym, billiards room, and clubhouse. Greater Fort Myers’ community page (Premiere Plus Realty) places the neighborhood on the Del Prado Boulevard extension in northeast Cape Coral and names Transeastern Homes as the developer. A Colliers offering memorandum for The Willows tract describes Coral Lakes as a 370-acre master-planned gated community originally developed between 2006 and 2015, with lakes and a sports campus; that acreage and the realtor 429-single-family / 308-townhome mix are noted only here and are not written over the Lee GIS home count already stored on this slug. The same memorandum says the property is not in a CDD. ZIP 33909 is the mailing/listing area used with Coral Lakes Boulevard and Keystone Lake Drive addresses. No public HOA dollar amounts are stored.
