Coral Oaks is Cape Coral's municipal 18-hole Arthur Hills course in a century-old oak hammock, a public pay-to-play facility with a full practice range and Knickers Pub -- not a gated housing MPC.
The City of Cape Coral built this 18-hole, par-72 championship course on 168 acres (Florida Golf Reporter / municipal bond history) and opened it in July 1988. Official course page: six tee sets from 3,798 to 6,623 yards with published USGA rating/slope, eight lakes and 37 bunkers, TifEagle greens (Troon/course-finder), driving range with grass and turf, chipping area, putting green, pro shop, PGA instruction, and Knickers Pub. Troon Rewards lists the course at 1800 Northwest 28th Avenue. It is open to the public year-round; optional men's golf association and memberships exist but play is not tied to a residential deed. Surrounding Cape Coral grid neighborhoods are not a master HOA for the course. This row exists so the public course can carry GolfCourses / GolfTees.
