Three collections -- Scenic (from 333990), Distinctive (from 390990), and Echelon (from 500990), with the largest advertised plan from 847990. Amenity campus is open: 17,000+ sf clubhouse with fitness, movement studio, activity rooms, cafe, catering kitchen, Grand Hall, and Oak House Bar and Grille; resort pool with lap lanes and spa; eight lighted pickleball courts; three bocce courts; dog park; community garden; fire-pit lounge; outdoor tiki seating. Sales/welcome operations use 17536 Winding Oak Lane (HOA mailer and marketplace listings) in ZIP 33917, off Bayshore Road west of I-75. Lee County Ordinance 22-15 created the Del Webb Oak Creek Community Development District (parks/recreation and security special powers). Realtor pages that say 418 acres / 821 homes conflict with the official 941-homesite figure and were not used. There is no golf course, marina, or beach club. Gate staffing is not described on the official page, so access_control is gated_unmanned pending a staffed-gate source.
