Entrada (Village at Entrada) is on the Del Prado North corridor in northeast Cape Coral, west of US-41 and across from Bella Vida (ZIP 33909). The official TownSq HOA page says D.R. Horton developed the gated community and that it has 721 homes among lakes and preserves. Lee County GIS Neighborhoods records 721 residential units on 720 parcels. The Cape Coral Breeze reported in November 2016 that D.R. Horton bought the 317-acre, 721-lot platted subdivision from CoCo of Cape Coral; the land had been permitted by Realmark in 2006 and sat vacant through the downturn. HOA FAQ: clubhouse, pool, tennis, pickleball, and bocce were deeded to the association on June 6, 2018 (Lee Clerk instrument 2018000137433). Gates currently close 6:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. and use a callbox/MyQ rather than a staffed guard. Village at Entrada Homeowners Association, Inc. was filed September 21, 2006 (Sunbiz N06000009972). The FAQ lists a $500 capital contribution on developer and resale closings.
