Housing spans attached villas, single-family and custom estate homes on 52-, 62- and 76-foot homesites, roughly 1,543 to over 4,000 square feet; Lee County GIS records 664 residential units on 710 residential parcels within the named subdivision, and Taylor Morrison reports its final phase selling. The community carries no age restriction.

Amenities center on the lake: a waterfront walking trail, floating pier, beach area, kayak launch and community boat docks with ramp and dry storage. Boating is on freshwater Lake Como, which connects toward the Miromar Lakes chain, not to the Gulf. Third-party listing services quote HOA dues of roughly $333 to $564 per month by product type; the association publishes no official figure. Active listings in mid-2026 ranged from about $430,000 to $2.8 million for waterfront estates with private docks.
