Fiddler's Creek

Gulf Bay's gated Fiddler's Creek is a roughly 4,000-acre private-club community between Naples and Marco with an Arthur Hills course, a beach club, and a marina, and the developer is still selling coach homes and estates.

Official Fiddler's Creek pages describe a private gated club community on about 4,000 acres between Naples and Marco Island, next to Everglades wilderness. Gulf Bay Group still manages the project and is funding a new clubhouse and a golf-course reroute advertised for 2025. New product on the homepage includes Callista II coach homes (from $1.2 million on one banner; other banners say from $1.5–$2 million), single-family from $3 million, and custom estates from over $10 million, plus named villages Dorado, Oyster Harbor, and Hidden Cove. The Creek Course is an Arthur Hills par-72 championship eighteen; Paradise Coast lists 3470 Club Center Blvd and 7,157 yards from the tournament tees. Official amenity language covers racquet sports, a pool complex, gym and lap pool, The Gator Grille, valet-attended beach, and a private wet-and-dry marina. The Tarpon Club beach/marina offering is on the Isles of Capri rather than inside the residential gates; gulf access from that marina is via Marco/Capri waterways (bridge, not a lock).
