A club history reprinted on Golfshake (not the official site) says US Homes commissioned Arthur Hills on 320 acres north of Davis Boulevard, first residence sold January 1984, course open 1985, 925 units sold by 1987, a third nine in 1995, greens rebuilt 2003, and a 20,000-square-foot clubhouse in 2005 — those construction details are secondary.
