Grandezza

Grandezza is Stock Development’s gated Estero golf club west of I-75 on Ben Hill Griffin, with optional private golf at The Club at Grandézza and social access for residents.

Stock Development opened the community and Darwin Sharp III course around 2001. The clubhouse address is 11481 Grande Oak Boulevard; the staffed main gate is on Ben Hill Griffin Parkway just north of Corkscrew Road, with a residents-only back gate off Corkscrew. Heritage Golf Group acquired The Club at Grandézza in September 2023 and describes a gated enclave of nearly 1,000 homes, an 18-hole championship course with tees from about 4,000 to 6,900 yards, and a 51,500-sf clubhouse with multiple dining rooms, resort pool, fitness, and tennis. Official club copy says golf memberships are available to residents and non-residents. Realtor guides say a base social membership is included with homeownership and golf is optional — that optional structure is treated as equity_optional on the golf tab. HOA dollar amounts are left blank because the club does not publish a current public fee sheet. No CDD appears on official club or Heritage materials. No beach club or marina.
