Official Hacienda Lakes CDD pages (formed 2012 by Collier County) state the district covers 391.06 acres immediately east of the Collier Boulevard / Rattlesnake Hammock Road intersection and meets at the Esplanade Community Center, 8490 Viale Circle, Naples, FL 34114. This is a mixed-use master plan, not a single HOA product. Esplanade at Hacienda Lakes (Taylor Morrison) — that neighborhood HOA about page states 443 residences on 152 acres including 30 acres of lakes, California-Tuscan single-family, resort and lap pools, resistance pool, fitness, pickleball, tennis, bocce, and a dog park. Azure at Hacienda Lakes (Toll Brothers) is marketed with its own fitness, resort pool, pickleball/tennis, and gathering room. Realtor pages that say no CDD are incorrect. Realtor claims of a 2,262-acre mixed-use envelope were not confirmed on the CDD site and were not used as acreage_gross. No community golf course and no beach club. Do not confuse Esplanade at Hacienda Lakes with Esplanade by the Islands (US 41 / 34114) or Esplanade GCC (34119).
