Hammock Bay sits off Collier Boulevard (CR 951) in southeast Naples, ZIP 34114, immediately north of Isles of Capri. WCI launched the club in 2001; secondary histories put first residents in 2004. Official JW Marriott / Rookery-at-Marco golf pages list Hammock Bay Golf Club at 1370 Borghese Lane and describe an 18-hole par-72 Peter Jacobsen and Jim Hardy design, an Audubon International Gold Certified Signature Sanctuary, and a completed $4.8 million turf replacement to PlatinumTE Paspalum. The same Marriott operation runs The Rookery at Marco at 3433 Club Center Blvd (18 holes, about 7,100 yards, paspalum, also Jacobsen/Hardy). Complimentary shuttles run hourly 7 a.m.–3 p.m. from the JW Marriott Marco Island lobby. Membership is non-equity and optional on market sources; the course is resort-private for hotel guests.
