Heritage Palms is a member-owned bundled-golf community of 1,662 doors on more than 800 acres off Six Mile Cypress, with two Azinger and Lewis eighteens included with every deed.

The official club site and About page describe a gated, member-owned community established in 1999, completed in 2006, with 1,662 owner-members on over 800 acres, 45 lakes, and 179 acres of preserves. Every home carries golf membership. Product includes luxury twin villas, two-story verandas, four-story terrace condominiums, single-family, and estate homes across 40 neighborhood associations. Amenities confirmed by the club: two 18-hole Azinger and Lewis courses, an aqua range on the 38-acre lake, putting and chipping greens, golf and tennis pro shops, lighted Har-Tru tennis with a stadium court, pickleball, bocce at The Lodge, heated pools, a two-story Activity Center (fitness, aerobics, library), and dining in the clubhouse (formal and grill) plus the poolside Tiki Bar and Grill. Heritage Palms CDD levies a uniform FY2026 O&M assessment of $375 per unit and currently has no debt assessment.
