Island Country Club is Marco Island's only 18-hole course — a private Dave Wallace original (1966) renovated by Kipp Schulties in 2017 — the course the brief names as Olde Marco golf.
Official Island Country Club golf pages state this is the only 18-hole course on Marco Island. Dave Wallace designed the original in 1966; Gene Sarazen assisted a 1991 redesign; the club went private in 1986. Official copy: all 18 greens rebuilt in 2001 to USGA specs with Georgia TifEagle; fairways regrassed with Celebration in summer 2014; a 50th-anniversary renovation finished December 2017 under Kipp Schulties (more than 75 bunkers and new water features). The par-72 layout has six tee sets from just under 4,800 yards to over 6,850 yards. Address used on course directories: 500 Nassau Road, Marco Island, FL 34145.
