Island Walk is a guard-gated DiVosta community of more than 1,800 villas and single-family homes in North Naples, set around thirty lakes and a resident Town Center with pools, tennis, pickleball, a fitness center, a restaurant, a post office and a gas station. There is no golf course and no CDD.

Island Walk is a guard-gated community in North Naples (ZIP 34119), east of I-75. DiVosta built it beginning in 1998, and the homeowners association records 1,856 lots, each with an attached villa or a detached single-family home in two-, three- and four-bedroom European-style plans. Most homes face one of thirty lakes, which hold about 170 acres of water and 18.56 miles of shoreline, and lakeside walking paths cross the community on Venetian-style bridges.

Everything centers on the Town Center at 6155 Towncenter Circle. The main building has a library, a ballroom that divides into three rooms, meeting rooms and a fitness center open from 4 a.m. to 10 p.m. Outside are a resort pool, a lap pool, seven lighted tennis and pop tennis courts, four pickleball courts, bocce, lawn bowling, croquet and a putting green. The complex also has a gas station, a car wash, a post office with a service window, the Casa Cotzelli Italian restaurant, nail and hair salons and a real estate office. A lifestyle director and more than fifty clubs fill the calendar, and Island Walk is officially recognized by Blue Zones.

Island Walk Homeowners Association, Inc., managed by Castle Group, bills quarterly. Its 2026 budget collects $12,186,195 in assessments, about $1,640 a quarter per lot, which covers common landscaping, lawn irrigation, pest control and fertilization, bulk Comcast TV and internet, the staffed gate and the amenities. Buyers pay a $1,500 capital contribution at closing. There is no CDD and no golf course. Leases must run at least four months; subleases and short-term or vacation-rental agency leases are not allowed. Residents may keep up to three dogs and cats.
