Isles of Capri

Isles of Capri is the named island between Naples and Marco — mostly public-road waterfront houses plus gated condo campuses. La Peninsula and Twin Dolphins are sub-communities here, not Treviso Bay's Peninsula.

Isles of Capri is an unincorporated Collier island community reached from Collier Boulevard just north of the Marco Island bridge (mailing city Naples, ZIP 34113). It is a place name, not a single master HOA: many lots sit on public roads with private docks and gulf access via Capri Pass / Big Marco Pass, without a lock. Two gated waterfront condo campuses at the southwestern tip are entered as SubCommunities. La Peninsula is a park-like gated condominium village (official community page: seven residential buildings, clubhouse, pools, tennis; building sites also say six building associations plus a master). Amenities listed on lapeninsula.com include deeded boat slips, an Olympic-size pool, spa, fitness center, clubhouse, and clay tennis courts; pet policy 2 pets up to 30 lbs; rental policy 1 rental per 30-day period. Twin Dolphins (I and II) is a later mid-rise addition of 37 waterfront residences (early 2000s, realtor count) with its own fitness, storage, and a separate pool/spa overlooking Capri Pass, still inside the larger La Peninsula gated setting. La Peninsula is not The Peninsula at Treviso Bay. The island also hosts restaurants, small marinas, and Fiddler's Creek's nearby Tarpon Club marina/beach operation. No island-wide HOA, CDD, or golf course.
