Magnolia Landing is a gated North Fort Myers country-club neighborhood on U.S. 41 with optional membership on a public-facing Gordon Lewis eighteen and a still-active D.R. Horton new-home program.

The recorded declaration (Taylor Woodrow Communities at Herons Glen, L.L.C., joined by Magnolia Landing Master Association and CFM Community Development District) anticipated about 1,700 homes and expressly said that number could change. Marketing sites often say 1,100 at build-out; the declaration figure is the one entered, with that caveat. The official golf club is at 3501 Avenida Del Vera: a Gordon Lewis 18-hole, par-72 course opened in 2007, six tee sets from 4,362 to 7,265 yards, 10,000-sf clubhouse with grill, shop, and lockers, open to members and the public year-round. D.R. Horton is selling new one-story single-family plans (marketplace from-prices in the low 300s at research time). Earlier builders include Aubuchon and Taylor Morrison (villas and single-family, now resale). Amenities consistently listed for residents include a pool, fitness, and clubhouse dining; golf is optional, not bundled. CFM CDD is named in the declaration; no adopted-budget dollar average was copied. Not age-restricted on official club pages (some 55+ directories list it anyway).
