Naples Reserve is a 688-acre gated lakefront community in east/south Naples built around Eagle Lake, with an Island Club amenity campus and no golf course.

Naples Reserve is a gated lakefront community on about 688 acres in east and south Naples (ZIP 34114), planned around a network of freshwater lakes rather than a golf course. Developer iStar opened the community around 2015. The Naples Reserve Community Development District and the HOA both count 1,088 residential units across eleven lakefront neighborhoods, with product ranging from attached villas and coach homes to executive and estate single-family houses. Builders active in the community have included Stock Signature Homes, D.R. Horton, Ashton Woods, KTS Homes, Marvin Development, Florida Lifestyle Homes, Lundstrom Development, and McGarvey Custom Homes.

Daily life centers on Eagle Lake, the community's roughly 125-acre centerpiece, and more than twenty smaller lakes. The Island Club amenity campus includes a resort-style pool with a kiddie pool, Sunset Beach with sand volleyball and a lakeside fire pit, a fitness center, bocce, and dining and bar venues at the Reserve Club. The Match Point complex adds tennis and pickleball courts beside the water. At the Outrigger Activities Center, residents can use kayaks, canoes, paddleboards, and water bikes on Eagle Lake and reach Kontiki Island. Two dog parks, Walk & Wag and Paws Awhile, round out the recreational program.

Access is through a staffed gate. The community sits near Collier Boulevard and U.S. 41 East, with Picayune Strand State Forest along part of the Eagle Lake shoreline. Naples Reserve is a CDD community; the district's published FY2026 general-fund assessment is about $717 per unit on-roll, separate from HOA and neighborhood fees.
