Pelican Marsh

Pelican Marsh is a gated North Naples Foundation community with 26 named neighborhoods, a resident community center, a CDD, and an optional von Hagge golf club inside the gates.

The Foundation of Pelican Marsh official About page lists 26 named communities (multifamily and single-family), 133 acres of nature preserves, and a resident-elected Foundation board for the community center. Court sports on that page: eight Har-Tru tennis courts and six pickleball courts, all lighted; three lighted bocce courts; fitness, spa, banquet rooms, and a social program. About 40% of residents live there full-time; the Foundation cites an average age of 58 (community-reported, not ACS). Pelican Marsh Community Development District handles streetlights, sidewalks, landscaping, lakes, and water management. Pelican Marsh Golf Club is a separate private Audubon-certified 18 by Robert von Hagge (opened 1994 in course records); residency is not required to join. Gross acreage is often marketed as 1,000–1,100+ but is not on the Foundation About page, so acreage_gross is blank. Bay Colony Golf Club is a different private club that happens to sit inside the Pelican Marsh gates.
