Spring Run is The Brooks' value bundled-golf club: all 847 owners are automatic members of an 18-hole Gordon Lewis course later redesigned by John Sanford, with Commons Club beach left as an add-on.
Official Spring Run Golf Club Community Association materials (2025–26) describe a sold-out, members-only club on about 200 acres in the Village of Estero. The association formed January 23, 1998. All 847 owners — single-family, carriage, attached villas, and garden condominiums — become golf members at closing. The 18-hole course was designed by Gordon Lewis and later redesigned by John Sanford; the club lists a 2022 Bimini turf renovation, a remodeled 26,000-sf clubhouse, four new Har-Tru tennis courts, three Har-Tru bocce courts (a third added 2023), a fitness center, practice range, and swimming pool. 2025–26 all-in annual figures on the official glance sheet are $9,159 including a $725 food-and-beverage minimum.
