Talis Park is a North Naples club community rebuilt by Kitson on the old Tuscany Reserve site, with a rare Greg Norman–Pete Dye 18 and the Vyne House lifestyle clubhouse.
Kitson & Partners' official community page lists 460 acres, 799 luxury residences, an 18-hole Norman and Dye course, and a 33,000-sf clubhouse and lifestyle center named Vyne House (Fiona's Market Café, Core Fitness, Esprit Spa, pool, fine dining). WCI started the project as Tuscany Reserve; the course opened in the mid-2000s; Kitson acquired the stalled site in 2012 and rebranded it. The official golf page says 133 acres of turf, just over 7,000 yards from the championship tees, 2023 renovation (new irrigation, turf, TifEagle greens), Platinum Paspalum playing surfaces, and a 9-acre practice facility. Product includes coach homes, terrace/condo, villas, and estates. Golf/club membership structure should be confirmed at the club; it is not a typical Lennar bundled-golf deed.
