Caymas is a new gated lakefront community on Collier Boulevard in south Naples, built by Stock Development with Pulte Homes also selling single-family homes. A sports campus is already open; the 30,000-square-foot clubhouse is scheduled for fall 2026.
Stock Development is building Caymas on the east side of Collier Boulevard (SR 951), less than two miles south of I-75 and across from Naples National Golf Club. The developer project page describes 780 acres; about half of that land is described as lakes and preserves, though an exact preserve acreage is not published. Official materials plan 457 single-family homes only. Pulte lists 97 of those homesites and advertises new plans from $839,990. The Sports Park is open with eight pickleball courts, six tennis courts, a pro shop, and dog parks. The 18-acre lakefront campus will add a roughly 30,000-square-foot clubhouse (Humphrey Rosal Architects; interiors by Clive Daniel Hospitality) with indoor/outdoor dining, fitness, a theater, golf simulator, resort and lap pools, a tiki lounge, and a kayak launch, targeted for fall 2026. Caymas Community Development District was created July 3, 2023 (Collier Ordinance 2023-33). There is no community beach club or gulf-access marina; recreation is lake-based.
