The Forest is a gated, non-bundled Iona-area club community on 620 acres of preserve-backed land, with optional resident or non-resident membership in two Gordon Lewis championship courses.

The club sits among 620 acres of nature preserve and offers two walkable championship courses; the Bear course was fully reimagined and reopened December 1, 2025. Gordon Lewis is the original architect; later Bear work is widely attributed to Kipp Schulties. Membership is optional for people who live inside the gates and is also sold to non-residents (Lifestyle/no-golf, Racquets, Limited Golf, Executive Golf under age 54, and full Golf).
