The Isles of Collier Preserve is a sold-out Minto community on Tamiami Trail East, four miles from downtown Naples, with 1,825 homes set in a large preserve-and-waterway plan. Residents use The Isles Club, Overlook Bar and Grill, and miles of trails; there is no golf and Minto states there is no CDD.
Minto opened The Isles of Collier Preserve in 2014 on Tamiami Trail East (sales address 5445 Caribe Avenue, ZIP 34113). The original plan covered about 2,400 acres, with more than half described as habitat and preserve near Rookery Bay, Dollar Bay, and Naples Botanical Garden. In 2022 Minto added 103 acres and 229 homes; the March 3, 2026 sell-out announcement puts the community at 1,825 homes. Product includes cottages, villas, coach homes, and single-family houses. Stock Luxury Homes also built as a preferred builder. The Isles Club has a gradual-entry resort pool, a separate lap pool, and a 3,000-square-foot fitness center. Overlook Bar and Grill is a residents-only waterfront restaurant on the Cypress Waterway. Lighted pickleball, tennis, and bocce, a kayak launch/boathouse, Canine Cove dog park, and about eight miles of trails are documented on Minto pages. Hamilton Harbor Yacht Club is adjacent and offers memberships with gulf access via Gordon Pass; it is not a community-owned marina. Minto marketed the community as having no CDD. Type was new_construction in the workbook; it is now a completed gated HOA community.
