Gated all-ages Cameratta master plan on Corkscrew Road in Estero, now sold out of new construction, with 1,325 planned single-family homes by Lennar and Pulte around a large clubhouse campus.
The Place at Corkscrew sits east of I-75 on Corkscrew Road in the Village of Estero. Cameratta Companies entitled the former Corkscrew Farms land as a 1,361-acre gated neighborhood and brought in Lennar and Pulte as the two production builders, each contracted for about half of the 1,325 planned single-family lots. New-home sales are closed; the community now lives as a resale neighborhood with staffed east and west gates and a finished amenity core. That core is built around a two-story clubhouse with fitness and a kids club, a resort pool with a 100-foot slide and splash park, on-site dining (restaurant, Bourbon Bar, café/marketplace), Har-Tru tennis, pickleball, bocce, basketball, a playground, and a dog park. More than 750 acres were set aside as restored wetlands and uplands. There is no golf course and no waterfront or beach club on site.
