The Preserve at Corkscrew

The Preserve at Corkscrew is a sold-out Cameratta gated neighborhood of 441 single-family homes two miles east of I-75, with a large preserve set-aside and a Cypress Shadows CDD.

Cameratta’s July 2011 announcement described a 510-acre gated community two miles east of I-75 on Corkscrew Road, 441 single-family lots, more than 360 acres of natural preserves and walking trails, and a 6,000-sf clubhouse with fitness and a resort-style pool. Lennar and Pulte were the two production builders (Garden, Classic, and Estate collections). The official community site still says sold out. The Cypress Shadows CDD, which levies the non-ad valorem assessment, encompasses about 350.62 acres and meets at the Preserve clubhouse, 20021 Cypress Shadows Boulevard. Amenities confirmed on official and later listing language: clubhouse, fitness, yoga room, resort pool and spa, tennis, pickleball, basketball, and a tot lot. There is no golf course, beach club, or marina. Product is detached single-family only.
