Paradise Coast / club directory and long-standing community descriptions put The Club at the Strand on the northwest corner of I-75 and Immokalee Road: 575 acres, 203 acres of golf, 75 acres of lakes, 96 acres of preserves, a 55,000-sf clubhouse, and a 27-hole Gordon Lewis course that opened in 1997. The three nines are The Sabal, The Savannah, and The Preserve (some marketing says Magnolia for the third nine — official visitor-bureau listing uses Preserve). Savannah and Sabal hosted the LPGA Subaru of Naples Invitational 1998–2000. Product mix is single-family, coach homes, villas, and condos across several sub-neighborhoods. Club membership is separate from the master HOA and is not described as bundled on official visitor materials.
