Verona Walk

VeronaWalk is a gated DiVosta-built community of about 1,920 single-family homes and attached villas off Collier Boulevard in Naples, FL 34114, developed 2004-2015. Residents share a 24-hour staffed gatehouse, a lakefront Town Center with restaurant and post office, and 20-plus miles of walking trails.

VeronaWalk is a gated master-planned community off Collier Boulevard (CR 951) south of US-41 East in Naples, Collier County, Florida 34114. DiVosta Homes began construction in 2004; after Pulte's acquisition of DiVosta, later phases were built under Pulte, with buildout around 2015 (55places). The community contains approximately 1,920 residences, the same lot count assessed in the VeronaWalk CDD's FY2026 budget, mixing single-family homes of roughly 1,392-2,611 square feet with attached villas and townhomes of 1,526-1,858 square feet. Homes built through 2009 used DiVosta's poured-concrete wall construction.

Governance is split between VeronaWalk Homeowners Association, Inc. (Sunbiz document N04000001459, incorporated February 2004; managed by KW Property Management & Consulting from the Town Center at 8090 Sorrento Lane) and the Verona Walk Community Development District, an independent Chapter 190 district established by Collier County Ordinance 04-27 on April 27, 2004. Owners pay CDD operations-and-maintenance and bond debt-service assessments that vary by lot size, plus quarterly HOA dues (VeronaWalk Realty FAQ: roughly $300-$350 per month equivalent) covering lawn care and irrigation, basic cable, alarm monitoring, the staffed gate, and amenities.

The single entrance has a 24-hour staffed gatehouse, and the interior is linked by more than 20 miles of paved walking and biking trails crossing Venetian-style bridges over the lake system; most homes front water. The lakefront Town Center (about 25,000 square feet per 55places) holds a resort pool and separate lap pool, a fitness center, eight lighted tennis courts, pickleball, bocce, and basketball courts, and a full-time activities director, plus on-site commercial services including a restaurant, post office, gas station, hair salon, and car wash. Leasing requires HOA approval with a $100 application submitted at least 20 days before lease commencement (HOA lease application); listing sources report a 90-day minimum lease and up to three leases per year.
