Vineyards is a family-owned, non-equity North Naples club east of I-75 with two recently renovated 18-hole courses and dozens of separately gated neighborhoods.
Official club about page: founded 1988 by Joseph and Michael Procacci as a private family-owned nonequity club; residents and non-residents may join; two 18-hole championship courses on 300 acres of golf. South was a Bill Amick design later rebuilt by Kipp Schulties; North was a Mark McCumber layout, with a matching renovation program. The master-planned residential community around the club is commonly described as about 1,400 acres and roughly 2,800–2,900 homes in about 38 gated neighborhoods — those community-scale numbers are not on the current official About page, so planned_lots and acreage_gross are left blank.
