Vista Wildblue

Vista WildBlue is the Lennar-built gated enclave of 423 single-family homes inside the 3,500-acre WildBlue master-planned community on Corkscrew Road in south Fort Myers, arranged around a 225-acre lake with full access to the WildBlue club, marina and boat launch.

Vista WildBlue is the Lennar neighborhood within WildBlue, the roughly 3,500-acre master-planned community straddling the Fort Myers-Estero line about four miles east of I-75 Exit 123 on Corkscrew Road. The official WildBlue site's builder page assigns Pulte Homes, WCI and Stock Homes to WildBlue proper and Lennar to Vista WildBlue, which it calls an exclusive enclave adjacent to WildBlue, built around a 225-acre lake, with Lennar Executive, Manor and Estate homes from 1,800 to 3,800 square feet. Lee County GIS records 423 single-family residential units on this plat.

Governance is split. VistaBlue Homeowners Association, Inc. (Sunbiz N18000001233) was filed February 1, 2018 and remains active, with a principal address of 11691 Gateway Blvd, Suite 203, Fort Myers. A separate WildBlue Amenities Association, Inc. (Sunbiz N19000003868) holds the shared club, and Vista WildBlue residents have full access to WildBlue's amenities.

The WildBlue club at 18701 WildBlue Blvd lists a resort pool plus lap and aerobic pools, a tennis center and pro shop, pickleball, bocce, horseshoes, basketball, a fitness center with aerobics studio and yoga lawn, clubhouse cafe, outdoor bar and private dining, a marina with private boat and kayak launches, trails, a playground, event lawn and beach. The lakes are freshwater - the former limestone quarry basins the community is built around - so boating is lake-only and no Gulf access is claimed.

The WildBlue Community Development District (Lee County Ordinance 17-17, established November 9, 2017) covers about 1,563 acres north of Corkscrew Road. Its FY2026 proposed budget assesses 673 on-roll units at $1,188.70 O&M per unit plus debt service of $1,513.08 to $4,073.55 depending on lot width. District records reviewed did not confirm whether Vista WildBlue's 423 platted lots sit inside that district, so no CDD figure is attached here.
