The official Wiggins Bay Foundation Community Association site (wigginsbayfoundation.info) identifies a North Naples master and links village sites for Bermuda Cove, Cove Towers, Cove Towers Preserve, Harborside, Princeton Place 1–5, The Colony at Wiggins Bay, Wiggins Bay Villas, the Wiggins Bay Dock Owners Association, and Tarpon Cove Yacht & Racquet Club. A village official page (wigginsbayvillas.com/about.htm) places the gated master at 520 Wiggins Bay Drive, west of U.S. 41, established in 1983 on 148 acres between Wiggins Pass Road and the Cocohatchee River. That page also notes optional membership at nearby Tarpon Cove Yacht & Racquet Club (six Har-Tru tennis, two Har-Tru bocce, fitness, heated pool, clubhouse dining, Delnor-Wiggins beach boat shuttle) and 93 boat docks through the dock association. The 46-villa / 2.3-acre preserve figures on the villas page apply only to that village, not the master. No official master door count on the Foundation homepage (homeCount remains empty).
