WildBlue is a gated lakefront master plan on Corkscrew Road where four production and custom builders sit around former quarry lakes, with a club campus on a 20-acre peninsula and no golf course.
Lennar announced the project in July 2018 as a gated Estero community of about 1,000 homes with Pulte, WCI, and Stock also building. Marketing still cites 3,500 acres; the Lee County development-order sheet used by the WildBlue CDD lists a 2,960-acre project with 1,329 acres of required open space and existing lake area of 887 acres (Lennar’s 2018 release used 872 acres of lakes). Postal addresses are Fort Myers 33913 even though the community is marketed as Estero, north of Corkscrew about three miles east of I-75. Two CDDs cover the land: WildBlue CDD (about 1,563 acres, Ordinance 17-17, November 2017) and Blue Lake CDD for the Vista enclave. Amenities confirmed across builder and club marketing include The Club at WildBlue (indoor dining, private dining, outdoor pool bar and grille, resort pool, lake beach, boat launch/marina) and The Sports Club (fitness, spa, lap/aerobic pool, tennis, pickleball, bocce, basketball). Stock Custom Homes markets a handful of custom estate lots on The Peninsula inside WildBlue — that enclave is a WildBlue subcommunity, not the Treviso Bay Peninsula row. Freshwater boating is on the community lakes only; there is no Gulf access and no on-site golf.
