Wildcat Run Golf & Country Club

Wildcat Run is a 450-home gated Estero country club on Corkscrew Road with a mandatory social membership and an optional Arnold Palmer eighteen renovated in 2023.

The official club site dates the community to 1985 and counts only 450 homes on large lots. The master HOA FAQ breaks those doors into Estate Homes (292 plus one vacant lot), The Village (36 condos), Lakeside Villas (10), Cypress Bend (8 carriage units), Cypress Cove (44 carriage homes), Wildcat Cove (40 single-family), and The Pines (20 attached villas). A staffed gatehouse sits on the south side of Corkscrew Road about two miles east of I-75; the clubhouse address used by Golf Digest is 20300 Country Club Drive. The master association (roads, lakes, gate, security) is separate from the Country Club board (golf, grill, tennis, fitness). At least one owner of each lot or unit must be a Social Member. 2025 official HOA dues are $2,457 plus $1,253 bulk cable/internet. Club amenities confirmed on the official site: renovated 18-hole par-72 Arnold Palmer / Ed Seay course (six tees, 4,342–6,912 yards), practice facility, formal dining room and Grill Room, four Har-Tru tennis courts, four pickleball courts, bocce, and a staffed fitness and wellness center. Minimum lease is 90 days after application. No beach club or marina.
