This policy explains how The Anchor Point Group ("we", "us") handles information collected through this website. We are a real estate team licensed in the State of Florida and brokered by Premiere Plus Realty.
Information we collect
We only collect what you choose to give us, plus basic technical data every website receives.
- Information you submit. When you complete a contact, home-valuation, or property-inquiry form, we receive the name, email address, phone number, and any message or property details you enter.
- Property search activity. Our listing search and map tools are provided by RealScout. If you create an account with those tools, RealScout collects your searches and saved properties under its own privacy policy.
- Technical data. Our servers log IP address, browser type, pages requested, and referring page. This is standard web-server logging used for security and troubleshooting.
We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and we do not ask for Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, or government ID through this website.
How we use it
- To respond to your question and provide the real estate services you asked about.
- To send property matches, market updates, or follow-up messages you have asked to receive.
- To meet record-keeping obligations that apply to licensed real estate professionals in Florida.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with unrelated third parties for their own marketing.
Who we share it with
Information is shared only with the service providers that make this site and our practice work:
- Our customer relationship management system, which stores your inquiry and our correspondence with you.
- Our brokerage, Premiere Plus Realty, where required for transaction supervision and compliance.
- RealScout, which powers property search and listing alerts.
- Service partners you specifically ask to be introduced to, such as a lender, inspector, or title company.
- Law enforcement or regulators where we are legally required to do so.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses cookies that are necessary for it to function, and it may use analytics cookies to understand which pages are useful. Embedded property-search tools set their own cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work, though saved-search features may not.
Text messages (SMS) and email
If you give us your phone number, we may contact you about your inquiry, including by text message. Where you check the consent box on one of our forms, you also agree to receive text messages from The Anchor Point Group about homes, communities and appointments you have asked about. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out at any time, or HELP for help; you can also call or email us using the details below. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing any property or service.
Mobile phone numbers and text-messaging opt-in data are never sold, shared or transferred to third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Text messages are sent through our customer-relationship platform solely to deliver the messages you asked for.
Marketing email carries an unsubscribe link, and property-alert emails can be paused or adjusted at any time from your account settings. We will still reply to messages you send us directly.
Your choices
You may ask us to confirm what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email or call using the details below and we will respond within 30 days. Some records must be retained where Florida real estate record-keeping rules require it.
Security
This site is served over HTTPS, and form submissions are transmitted encrypted. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes
If this policy changes we will post the revised version here and update the date above. Material changes will be reflected before they take effect.
