Every post on this blog carries the name of the agent it comes from: Joe Lea or Jarrett Sylvester of The Anchor Point Group at Premiere Plus Realty. Here's how those posts get made.
Where the material comes from
Most posts start with something Joe or Jarrett already said on camera, on a call with a client, or in their notes. Many pair with a video on our YouTube channel. When a post says what one of us thinks or has seen, it's because we said it. If we haven't, the post won't pretend we did.
How we use AI
We use AI tools to turn transcripts and notes into a readable draft and to tighten the writing. A person decides what goes in, checks it against sources, and publishes it. Each post says how it was written. Once the author has read and approved it, the post says that too, with the date.
How we check facts
Hard facts (tax rules, insurance programs, condo law, flight routes, Census figures) link to the source they came from, listed under each post. Anything that changes gets an "as of" date in the sentence. We don't publish market statistics drawn from the MLS, and we don't publish reviews or testimonials we can't show you.
Fair Housing
We write about homes, places, amenities, costs and logistics. We don't tell anyone which neighborhood suits them based on who they are. That's the law, and it's how we work anyway.
Not legal, tax or insurance advice
Posts explain how things work in Southwest Florida. Your situation may differ. For decisions about taxes, residency, insurance or a contract, talk to a CPA, an attorney or a licensed insurance agent.
Corrections and updates
