Saltleaf is a new London Bay coastal village on Estero Bay in Bonita Springs, pairing a public-access Raymond Floyd golf preserve and 72-slip marina with branded Ritz-Carlton towers, villas, and a waterfront Michael Mina restaurant.
London Bay is building this waterfront master plan on about 507 acres at the west end of Coconut Road, next to Estero Bay Aquatic Preserve and on the former Raptor Bay / Weeks Fish Camp shoreline. Official developer materials list a 144-acre uplands preserve, Saltleaf Golf Preserve (an 18-hole daily-fee course plus a nine-hole short course), a 72-slip marina that the city agreement keeps open to the public in perpetuity, Acqua Bistecca by Michael Mina, and The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Estero Bay. Those residences are already tracked separately in this workbook (224 units in the first two towers; a third tower and villas are planned). The golf course reopened in 2024 under Troon after a Raymond Floyd redesign; the marina opened to the public in June 2026 on the historic Weeks site. Product will mix high-rise condominiums with future villas and additional towers. There is no deeded beach club. Demographics below are ZIP 34134, not the HOA.
