The towers sit inside Saltleaf on Estero Bay, a roughly 500-acre coastal village next to Pelican Landing and Estero Bay, with a sales gallery at 5000 Coconut Road. London Bay’s program is 224 residences in two 22-story buildings, two- to four-bedroom plans from 2,628 to 3,885 square feet, priced from $3 million. South Tower groundbreaking was July 14, 2023; London Bay announced South Tower delivery in April 2026 and North Tower delivery in 2027. On-site amenities include three pools, a lagoon, wellness/spa, Sunset Lounge, private dining, and Ritz-Carlton hospitality via The Experience Studio.
