The Peninsula is a 55-home custom estate neighborhood inside Treviso Bay in Naples, not a standalone master-planned community. Imperial Homes of Naples built the homes; owners use Treviso Bay TPC golf club and pay the Treviso Bay master association.
The Peninsula is not a standalone master-planned community. It is a 55-home custom estate enclave inside Treviso Bay on a lagoon facing the finishing holes of TPC Treviso Bay, along Montiano Drive / Montiano Place. Naples Daily News (2021) identified Imperial Homes of Naples as exclusive builder/developer; marketing pages also cite Sunwest Custom Homes. Homes were sold with bundled TPC golf membership. Residents enter through the Treviso Bay manned gate at 9800 Treviso Bay Boulevard (ZIP 34113, Collier County) and, per marketing copy, a second inner gatehouse. They pay the Treviso Bay Property Owners Master Association 2026 assessment of $7,420 per year plus Peninsula lawn-care of $4,022 (official 2026 fee sheet) and, for golf-bundled homes, $5,350 golf-association dues. This is not Stock's Peninsula at WildBlue and not La Peninsula on the Isles of Capri.
