Treviso Bay is a completed gated community in south Naples with a bundled TPC 18-hole course, two clubhouses, and 1,431 residences. Lennar finished the build-out after VK Development started the project; 825 homes carry golf membership.
Treviso Bay sits about five miles south of downtown Naples on U.S. 41, next to Rookery Bay National Estuarine Research Reserve. VK Development broke ground on the TPC course in early 2006; the course opened December 2, 2008. Lennar later became the primary homebuilder and is the developer named on the Wentworth Estates CDD site. The master association 2024 FAQ says construction is complete at 1,431 units across coach homes, single-family homes, terrace condominiums, and verandas (assessment math uses 1,432). Eight hundred twenty-five properties are bundled with TPC golf; no additional golf memberships are for sale. The 18-hole Arthur Hills course (Hal Sutton, player consultant) is 188 acres and is marketed at 7,367 yards. Club amenities include a 64,000-square-foot main clubhouse, 15,000-square-foot Club Rilassare, resort lagoons and lap pools, a tennis and bocce center with pro shop, pickleball, fitness, and aerobics/Pilates. 2026 master dues are $7,420 per year plus a $750 food-and-beverage minimum. Golf association dues are $5,350. Wentworth Estates CDD bills O&M at $1,499.21 per residential unit (FY2026 and FY2027); debt service is extra and varies by product. There is no community beach club or marina. Leases: minimum 30 days, no more than four times per year.
